You must use Compera Social only for authorised restaurant social media operations, keep login credentials secure, and follow any brand or approval rules set for your organisation.

Restaurants authorise access to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. You confirm that you are entitled to grant that access for the venue concerned, and you can withdraw it at any time from Meta’s settings or by contacting us.

Content published through connected accounts remains subject to Meta’s terms and your restaurant’s own policies.

Nothing is published, and no public reply is sent, without human approval. Automated assistance helps prepare content, but the decision to publish always rests with a person.

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy notice. You can request deletion of your account and connected platform data through our data deletion process. The right to erasure is not absolute and certain records may be retained where legally required.
